rocky raccoon sandwich

This sandwich is from my teenage years. A local restaurant used to make it (they had lots of different sandwiches) and this was my absolute favorite!!
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna shopping list
- 3 or 4 tablespoons mayonaisse shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely diced onion shopping list
- spreadable cream cheese shopping list
- sliced black olives shopping list
- alfalfa sprouts shopping list
- bagel shopping list
- salt & pepper if desired shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the drained tuna with the mayonaisse (you may use more or less mayo as desired)
- stir in the onion.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Set aside.
- Split the bagel and spread generously with cream cheese. If you really like cream cheese put it on both surfaces of the bagel.
- Layer tuna mixture on top of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle on a few black olives.
- Top with a good handful of alfalfa sprouts.
- Place the other half of the bagel on top and smoosh slightly.
- Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds if desired. May also be eaten cold.
- ENJOY!!!
