Braised Kale

- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 cups sliced white onions shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic shopping list
- 8 cups firmly packed stemmed torn kale shopping list
- 2 cups chicken stock shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add onions, salt and pepper then stir fry 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, kale and stock then cook stirring occasionally for 3 minutes.
