How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350F
  • Season chicken well with sea salt, pepper and granulated garlic
  • Place in a 13x9 in casserole dish
  • Mix together the apricot preserves, Russian dressing and onion soup mix
  • Pour over chicken
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until tender

    I make this often, although I have never added the garlic. It's wonderful and as you said super easy to make.
