Shrimp And Cucumber Oreo Appetizers

Think of these as shrimp sandwiches but with the cucumber slices as the bread! Prepare ahead, chill, and enjoy with drinks.
Ingredients
- 8 medium shrimp shopping list
- 16 1/8" thick slices of english cucumber shopping list
- Cocktail sauce shopping list
- Greens as a bed for these sandwiches shopping list
How to make it
- Slice each shrimp in half lengthwise.
- Place two shrimp halves nesting into each other on a slice of cucumber.
- Dot with some cocktail sauce and then top with another slice of cucumber.
- Chill until ready to serve.
