Apricot Baked Brie

- 1 – 8oz wheel of brie cheese (I usually use the president’s brand) shopping list
- 3 TBSP apricot preserves shopping list
- 1 – 17.5 oz package frozen puff pastry, thawed (you will only used one of the two sheets in the box) shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly grease cookie sheet
- Slice the wheel of brie in half so you have 2 circles of cheese
- Spread apricot or peach preserves on the cut side
- Make a sandwich out of the two halves so the preserves are in the center
- Wrap the entire wheel of brie with one sheet of puffed pastry and flip the folded side down
- Brush pastry with egg white
- Bake 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown
- Serve Immediately
