Basic goulash for quick meal after work

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground Sirloin
  • 1 1/2 C elbow Macaroni
  • 1 can (14.5oz) Italian Seasoned diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 Green Pepper/finely diced
  • 1/2 Onion/chopped
  • dash of Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Boil Macaroni according to box directions (approx. 10 min.)
  2. Brown 1 1/2 lb. Ground Sirloin in skillet
  3. Add can tomatoes, green pepper, onion.
  4. Stew 10 min.
  5. Add seasonings.
