Tomatoless Ketchup

For those who are allergic to the glory that is the tomato, here is a substitute. It isn't spot-on so don't expect it to be, but it is red and full of vegetables... moreso than the storebought kind. About 10 servings of 2 tbsp each.
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced, overcooked carrots shopping list
- 1/3 cup diced, overcooked beets shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or to taste, you may need more or less depending on the beets and carrots) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- pinch basil shopping list
- pinch oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Puree until very smooth, adding a little water if necessary.
