Ingredients
  • 6 thick cut pork chops
  • 2 TBS Dry Mustard
  • 2 TBS Curry Powder
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tsp Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Rosemary
  • 2 Tsp Thyme
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 TBS Cayanne
  • 1/2 cup Organic Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth

Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Put chops into a zip lock bag.
  3. Pour marinade on top of chops.
  4. Marinade for a few hours or overnight.
  5. Grill on indirect heat, turning for 30 mins till done.
