Ingredients
  • 1 kg strips of pork
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 10 mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 greenpepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (30 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons worcestire sauce (30 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons chutney (30ml) or apricot jam
  • 4 tablespoons water (60 ml)
  • 1 packet thick white onion souppowder
  • 1 cup cream (250 ml)
  • black pepper

Directions
  1. Place strips of pork into an oven casserole.
  2. Spread onions, mushrooms and greenpepper over.
  3. Sprinkle bit of black pepper over.
  4. Mix tomato sauce, worcestire sauce, chutney, water, souppowder, water and cream together.
  5. Pour over pork.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake at 360 deg F (180 deg C) for about an hour.
  8. Serve with rice and salad.
