A moist egg scramble,and a good way to stretch the bacon.

Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Buttermilk(it makes the difference)
  • 1& 1/2 Tablespoon Miracle Whip
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Slice of cooked bacon,crumbled

Directions
  1. Combine ,eggs,buttermilk,miracle whip,salt,and Pepper
  2. Beat the stuffings out of it
  3. Melt Butter in small skillet and when hot add egg mixture
  4. (My daughter says I need to come up to speed,so I do make this in the Mirco wave,in a well butter large bowl)
  5. Cook on low if using the stove top until partially set
  6. Add bacon and finish cooking eggs
  7. Note:I also like to scramble my eggs(NOT this recipe,but another)
  8. with Picante sauce,shredded chedder chesse,dash of milk,great Texas scramble
