Satay Chicken

- 2 pounds chicken shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup hot water shopping list
- 1 chicken stock cube shopping list
- 1 soy sauce shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1 ginger shopping list
- 1 chili shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- 6 teaspoons peanut butter shopping list
- 1 white onion shopping list
- 1/2 bunch celery chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except stock, meat, vegetables and cornstarch together in a measuring cup.
- Cook onion and chicken until done in wok on high heat.
- Remove from heat and add sauce.
- Blend cornstarch in 1 tablespoon cold water and add to mix.
- Return to heat and add vegetables.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
