How to make it
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Put two slices of cheese on four slices of bread.
- Top with remaining four slices of bread.
- Slice into quarters.
- Whisk together egg, milk and salt.
- Crush crackers and put on plate.
- Dip each sandwhich into egg mixture and roll in crumbs.
- Freeze for 30 min. at least before frying.
- Heat 1" of vegtable oil in pan to 375 and fry 2 min. on each side or until golden.
