How to make it

  • Pour beer in stock pot and and about 4-6 cups of water.
  • Add sausages and bring to a boil.
  • Boil for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Remove from stock pot and slice the sausages however you desire.
  • In a large frying pan or wok, add sausage and all other ingredients, and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until sausage is nice and brown. (I cover it for the first 10 minutes)
  • Season with freshly ground pepper and serve. Enjoy!
