How to make it

  • Blend flour and egg yolks.
  • Add seasonings to milk and add to egg mixture; add melted butter.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Stir while cooking over low heat until thickened.
  • Add sherry and seafood, pour into casserole and brown quickly under broiler.

    Thanks so much for your comments and suggestions on this recipe....I personally like Louisiana Hot Sauce better than Tabasco..Thanks for checking this recipe out....

    This is a killer recipe and you could also use a combo of crawfish tails and shrimp for a variation. I would like to suggest that instead of Tabasco, switch to Louisiana Hot Sauce. Crystal is a good brand, also. It's a lot less agressive against other flavors. Yummy.
