How to make it

  • Grease and flour a Bundt or tube pan and preheat oven to 350.
  • Stir together dry ingredients (1st 6 ingredients) in a large bowl.
  • Add oil and eggs to dry mixture and beat with a wooden spoon to blend.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Bake until cake tests done, about 50 to 55 minutes.
  • cool 20 minutes then remove from pan and cool.
  • Sprinkle with confectioners sugar if you like.
