Crazy Crust Pie Recipe

simple dessert can use your own pie flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbs, Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice{optional}
- 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 can any flavor pie filling(regular size.
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 450 Degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients together except pie filling,in a small bowl
- pour into pie dish. Pour pie filling over over flour mixture{donot stir}
- Bake at 450- 40 to 50 minutes.
