Ingredients

1 cup all purpose Flour

3/4 cup water

2/3 cup shortening

1 egg

1 Tbs, Sugar

1 Tbs. Lemon Juice{optional}

1 Tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 can any flavor pie filling(regular size.

Directions

Pre heat oven to 450 Degrees F.

Mix all ingredients together except pie filling,in a small bowl

pour into pie dish. Pour pie filling over over flour mixture{donot stir}

Bake at 450- 40 to 50 minutes.
