Baked Oatmeal

BAKED OATMEAL This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Norvell Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 whole egg plus 1 egg white shopping list
- 1/2 cup applesauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup raisins shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix oatmeal and baking powder/
- Combine remaining ingredients and stir into oatmeal and mix well.
- Pour into well sprayed pie pan and bake for 45 minutes.
