These are so easy to make and yet so very very good. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can Vanilla Frosting

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine brownie mix, egg, water and oil in large bowl. Stir until
  3. well blended and soft dough forms. Drop level measuring
  4. tablespoonsful about 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until cookies are set in center. Do not
  6. overbake. Cool for 1 minute before removing to cooling rack. Cool
  7. completely before assembling.
  8. Spread frosting on half of the cookies. Top each frosted cookie with
  9. another cookie. Gently press together.
