Pepper Steak

- 2 round steaks cut in strips shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 beef bouillion cubes shopping list
- 2 c hot water shopping list
- 1 green pepper cut in strips shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in large skillet.
- Brown the meat and add the green pepper till cooked.
- Dissolve bouillion cubes in hot water.
- Add this and the tomato sauce to the meat.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Mix together: 1/2 cup cold water, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tblsp cornstarch, and 3 tblsp soy sauce.
- Add this to meat mixture, stir till thickened.
- Serve over rice.
