How to make it

  • Melt butter in large skillet.
  • Brown the meat and add the green pepper till cooked.
  • Dissolve bouillion cubes in hot water.
  • Add this and the tomato sauce to the meat.
  • Simmer 20 minutes.
  • Mix together: 1/2 cup cold water, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tblsp cornstarch, and 3 tblsp soy sauce.
  • Add this to meat mixture, stir till thickened.
  • Serve over rice.
