this is a recipe for a chocolate smoothie that can be as spicy as you like... the recipe comes from a little cookbook call Smoothies

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups chocolate low-fat frozen yogurt
  • 1 3/4 cups chocolate soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/8 teasp. chipotle chili powder or to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups of ice cubes

Directions
  1. place frozen yogurt, soy milk, banana, chili powder and ice in the blender..
  2. process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides.
  3. pour into 4 glasses
  4. optional: top with a little whipped cream and some chocolate shavings..
  5. serve immediately
