This sauce is simple to make that your guests will not know how little time you spend on making this Japanese inspired dish. Red miso is richer, sweeter and denser than regular white miso and can be found in most asian grocers.

I prepared this for my bf last night with a beautiful halibut, and both he and I loved it! I made the above recipe atop steamed Jasmine rice, and accompanied by a salad with avocadoes & lime, and it was a splendidly scrumptious meal!
(And I should mention I'm quite the novice when it comes to cooking... I'm a consultant, so I travel every week, and am used to eating out. So if I can make it well, so can you!)
