Okay, this is about those dried scalloped potatoes you buy inthe grocery store in a bag. You've been eating them for years in restaurants and didn't know it, now they have come to the consumer market.

  • Purchase bag of dried scalloped potatoes
  • milk
  • cheese

Directions
  1. Go to grocery store and buy a bag of scalloped potatoes
  2. Read directions
  3. Open bag
  4. Follow directions, except substitute milk for one half water.
  5. Cook according to package directions.
  6. Add grated cheese on top just before cooking is comploete
  7. Serve
  8. Eat
  9. Enjoy
