Rice Consomme

- 2 cans beef consomme or bouillon shopping list
- 1 cup rice shopping list
- 3/4 stick margarine shopping list
- 1 can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven on 350F.
- Melt margarine in casserole dish.
- Pour in rice, consomme and mushrooms.
- Cover.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
