Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

3 TBS flour

3/4 c. sugar

3/4 c. vinegar

1/2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. mustard

1/2 c. milk

3 TBS Miracle whip

Above ingredients for the dressing

8-10 large potato's

1 medium onion

3/4 cup finely chopped celery

3/4 cup finely chopped green pepper (optional)

3 hard boiled eggs

Directions

While boiling potato's start the sauce mixture adding all ingredients except the Miracle Whip which is to be added after the mix is completely cooled

Bring sauce mix to a boil stirring fairly often, when mix comes to a boil remove from heat

cut up onion and boiled eggs to preference

Peel potatos after boiling while still quite hot, cut up potatos to suit

After adding Miracle Whip to dressing mix add all ingredients together.

Cover tightly and chill in refridgerator

This will keep well in the fridge if covered tightly, if not it has a tendancey to get watery. Being tightly covered is the secret for longevity.
