Somewhat tedious recipe for potato salad but the flavor is outstanding!! Well worth the time invested

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 TBS flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 TBS Miracle whip
- Above ingredients for the dressing
- 8-10 large potato's
- 1 medium onion
- 3/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 3/4 cup finely chopped green pepper (optional)
- 3 hard boiled eggs
Directions
- While boiling potato's start the sauce mixture adding all ingredients except the Miracle Whip which is to be added after the mix is completely cooled
- Bring sauce mix to a boil stirring fairly often, when mix comes to a boil remove from heat
- cut up onion and boiled eggs to preference
- Peel potatos after boiling while still quite hot, cut up potatos to suit
- After adding Miracle Whip to dressing mix add all ingredients together.
- Cover tightly and chill in refridgerator
- This will keep well in the fridge if covered tightly, if not it has a tendancey to get watery. Being tightly covered is the secret for longevity.
