I love salmon, and I love Indian flavors, so I just had to try this! We really liked the flavor. I don't have a large enough skillet that is oven proof, so I did have to bake it the whole way. The top turned out a little dry from that, but a little butter and olive oil drizzled on the top after baking took care of that. I served it with a yogurt sauce made with dill and lemon juice, and it was perfect for the spiciness of the fish. Will make this again!
