How to make it

  • Combine eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla; beat until well blended.
  • Stir in milk, and pour into pastry shell.
  • Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
  • Bake at 350-degrees F for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted 1-inch from edge of pie comes out clean.
  • Cool 10 minutes.
