Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless Chicken breast{Cut into small peices}
  • 1 large tomatoe{Optional}
  • 1 can 10 - 3/4 oz.} cream chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup grated parmeasan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings {Optional}
  • 2 cups minute White Rice uncoked

Directions
  1. Heat 1 tablesspoon oil in skillet-Add chicken
  2. cook untill lightly brown.{While chicken is cooking chop tomatoe.}
  3. Add: soup milk Parmeasan cheese and seasionings: Stir Heat to a boil.
  4. Stir in rice and tomatoe:cover. cook on low heat 5 Minutes or untill cooked through Stir.

This sounds really close to what I was about to cook. The only difference is that I have a jar of Ragu's roasted garlic parmesan sauce. I was wondering if it would go well over rice, and I see it does. :) I was going to use pasta, but I'll be using it over rice now. Thanks for this recipe it sound GREAT.
