How to make it

  • CAKE:
  • Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix on high for 4 minutes. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake approx. 35-40 or till toothpick comes out clean.
  • FROSTING:
  • Combine pudding, milk and confectioners' sugar. Beat approximately 3 minutes until pudding thickens. Fold in Cool Whip.
