So easy, so cheap, and so much safer than chemicals. Vinegar is a natural disinfectant! My family's been using this for years.

Thanks, I do use vinegar for a lot of things like cleaning the shower head, but I should use it for more things.

Vinegar and baking soda are great cleaners and so much safer. I use all Melaleuca products because they add the melaleuca oil which makes them unbeatable. Non-toxic cleaners have made such a difference in my families lives. I will never go without Melaleuca! The organic crackers are great as well.

I've been using this for some time now. It's really the best way to clean! No fumes and I don't have to worry about my kitty cat getting into any of my cleaning products. Usually, on things like counter tops and cutting boards, I'll let it sit for about 5 minutes to make sure it kills as many germs as possible.

Thanks for the great recipe- I am very interested in making homemade cleaners...one question, what is "essential oil". Can you give me an example and tell me what it is for? Thanks!!! I look forward to trying this.

If you add some tea-tree oil it is a great disinfectant!

I believe this recipe is for house cleaning. Is there a recipe for dish cleaning that anybody can share?
