Another great way to use that apple and bananas before going bad..turn it into smoothie ......great for summer.

Ingredients
  • 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 bananas
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 container vanilla yogurt (6oz)
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, plus extra for ganish
  • 2 cups cubed or crushed ice

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender container. Process until smooth
  2. Pour smoothie into 4 glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Serve immediately.
