Ingredients
  • 10 CHICKEN THIGH FILLETS CUBED
  • 1 RED ONION CUT IN WEDGES
  • 60 ML ( 1/4 CUP ) TIKKA PASTE
  • 1/2 CUP (125 ML ) COCONUT MILK
  • 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
  • 8 SKEWERS

Directions
  1. SOAK 8 SKEWERS IN WATER FOR 30 MINUTES TO PREVENT BURNING.
  2. THREAD 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN THEN A WEDE OF ONION ALTERNATELY ALONG EACH SKEWER.
  3. COMBINE TIKKA PASTE, COCONUT MILK AND LEMON JUICE IN A JAR WITH A LID. SEASON AND SHAKE WELL TO COMBINE
  4. POUR THE MIXTURE OVER THE SKEWERS AND MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS.
  5. PLACE THE SKEWERS ON A HOT GRILLER TRAY AND COOK, BASTING, AND TURNING FOR 7 TO 8 MINUTES, OR UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH.
  6. SERVE WITH BROWN RICE OR ANY TYPE OF YOUR FAVORITE RICE, AND A SALAD.
