Chicken Tikka Kebabs

- 10 chicken thigh FILLETS CUBED shopping list
- 1 red onion CUT IN WEDGES shopping list
- 60 ML ( 1/4 CUP ) TIKKA PASTE shopping list
- 1/2 CUP (125 ML ) coconut milk shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS lemon juicE shopping list
- 8 SKEWERS shopping list
How to make it
- SOAK 8 SKEWERS IN WATER FOR 30 MINUTES TO PREVENT BURNING.
- THREAD 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN THEN A WEDE OF ONION ALTERNATELY ALONG EACH SKEWER.
- COMBINE TIKKA PASTE, COCONUT MILK AND LEMON JUICE IN A JAR WITH A LID. SEASON AND SHAKE WELL TO COMBINE
- POUR THE MIXTURE OVER THE SKEWERS AND MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS.
- PLACE THE SKEWERS ON A HOT GRILLER TRAY AND COOK, BASTING, AND TURNING FOR 7 TO 8 MINUTES, OR UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH.
- SERVE WITH BROWN RICE OR ANY TYPE OF YOUR FAVORITE RICE, AND A SALAD.
