How to make it

  • SOAK 8 SKEWERS IN WATER FOR 30 MINUTES TO PREVENT BURNING.
  • THREAD 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN THEN A WEDE OF ONION ALTERNATELY ALONG EACH SKEWER.
  • COMBINE TIKKA PASTE, COCONUT MILK AND LEMON JUICE IN A JAR WITH A LID. SEASON AND SHAKE WELL TO COMBINE
  • POUR THE MIXTURE OVER THE SKEWERS AND MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS.
  • PLACE THE SKEWERS ON A HOT GRILLER TRAY AND COOK, BASTING, AND TURNING FOR 7 TO 8 MINUTES, OR UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH.
  • SERVE WITH BROWN RICE OR ANY TYPE OF YOUR FAVORITE RICE, AND A SALAD.

    I'm all about this one.....GREAT for summer company. YOU are personally gonna be responsible for my weight gain....I'm driven like a mad woman to try ALLOT of your recipes.
