Mediterranean Huli Huli Chicken

This can be eaten as a main dish with rice or as an appetizer. I have served them several times mainly as an appetizer at one of my card parties and they are always gobbled right down. 12 pounds sounds like a lot, but the way these things go, don't be surprised if you don't have any left over. Ingredients
- 12 pounds chicken wings, thighs and breasts shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate shopping list
- 1/3 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger shopping list
- 2 drops worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Wash chicken parts and pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in bowl and brush over chicken parts.
- Grill over medium coals for 40 minutes.
- Turn and baste with sauce and cook 15 minutes longer.
