Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

I put one person serving because you may eat them all :)
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (I use crunchy but smooth is ok too) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all in a mixing bowl. Spoon them out onto a cookie sheet, making balls. take a fork and lightly press onto the cookie, making lines from the fork. Turn the cookie sheet 90 degrees and do the same thing again with the fork. The results should be somewhat of a tic tac toe board on top of the cookies.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10 mins at 375 deg. fahrenheit.
- Take them out when they are turning golden brown, depending on how well done you like your cookies.
