How to make it
- PLACE A STRAINER OVER A SMALL BOWL AND DRAIN THE CRUSHED PINEAPPLE.
- IN A SAUCEPAN, COMBINE SYRUP, CORNSTARCH, LEMON JUICE AND SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
- ADD IN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE AND STIR UNTIL EVENLY DISTRIBUTED.
- THE SAUCE IS GOOD SERVED HOT OVER BREAD PUDDINGS AND ICE CREAM
