How to make it

  • PLACE A STRAINER OVER A SMALL BOWL AND DRAIN THE CRUSHED PINEAPPLE.
  • IN A SAUCEPAN, COMBINE SYRUP, CORNSTARCH, LEMON JUICE AND SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
  • ADD IN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE AND STIR UNTIL EVENLY DISTRIBUTED.
  • THE SAUCE IS GOOD SERVED HOT OVER BREAD PUDDINGS AND ICE CREAM
