Broiled Whiting

- 6 Fillets of fresh or frozen whiting fish shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- fresh marjoram or Greek oregano shopping list
- fresh lemon Balm shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 3-4 TBS olive oil shopping list
- red pepper flakes shopping list
- fresh cracked pepper shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- 2 toes of garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Place fillets in a baking dish
- Drizzle olive oil over
- Finely chop herbs and add
- Zest half of lemon over fish
- Add sea salt, cracked pepper and red pepper flakes
- Put garlic through a mincer and add
- Cut lemon in half and use one half to squeeze on fish
- Quarter the other half of the lemon and serve with fish.
- Bake fish for 20 minutes at 350, then broil to finish 10-15 minutes.
