How to make it

  • Place fillets in a baking dish
  • Drizzle olive oil over
  • Finely chop herbs and add
  • Zest half of lemon over fish
  • Add sea salt, cracked pepper and red pepper flakes
  • Put garlic through a mincer and add
  • Cut lemon in half and use one half to squeeze on fish
  • Quarter the other half of the lemon and serve with fish.
  • Bake fish for 20 minutes at 350, then broil to finish 10-15 minutes.

    Thanks guys!! BTW- the photos here are not of my fish. I only use my photos on my recipes and am upset that they allow others to upload photos to your recipes.

    I just remembered that I have 30+ year-old oven that is much slower cooking than newer ones. When we bought the house the oven came with it and needs replacing. Anyway, I should also note that those with a decent oven will have shorter cooking times.
