Great recipe Delia! We used to do this for the girls at Guide camp, only we'd buy the chips in bulk and put them in ziplock bags. The kids loved them! It's also a really sneaky way to get kids to eat their veggies.

Sounds great...I will try them.

I saw this on Fixing Dinner the other day... its a great idea!

Great idea! No dirty plates!

At our local fairs they use small bags of fritos, is quite tasty.

Jo-jo, What's "Fixing Dinner"?

We do this with fritos. Black olives are a must in our family, and we use Thousand Island dressing.

As a Cub Scout leader, I'm always looking for interesting recipes for camp. Thanks!
