Chocolate Pecan Pie

- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust shopping list
- 4 oz. semisweet chocolate (I use ghiradelli) shopping list
- 2 tbs. butter shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup corn syrup (light or dark, I use light) shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup pecan halves shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In double boiler melt chocolate and butter, let cool slightly
- Beat eggs lightly in mixer.
- Add sugar, corn syrup, and chocolate mix, mix well.
- Add pecans and fold in
- Pour mixture into pie crust
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean
