How to make it

  • In a small saucepan stir together the onion, honey, catsup, chili peppers, chili powder, garlic, dry mustard and beer. Cook and stir over low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Brush on meats 10 minutes before taking off grill. Use extra sauce at the table.
