Salsa Swiss Steak

- boneless beef top round steak - 2-lbs shopping list
- large green and/or red peppers, seeded and cut into strips - 2 shopping list
- medium onion, sliced - 1 shopping list
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 can shopping list
- bottled salsa of choice - 1 cup shopping list
- all purpose flour - 2-tbspn shopping list
- dry mustard - 1 tspn shopping list
How to make it
- Cut steak into 6-12 pieces nad put into crockpot.
- Add sweet peppers and onion.
- In a mediumbowl, stir together soup, salsa, flour, and mustard.
- Pour over steak and vegetables in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
- NOTE: I made some rice and serve cornbread and turnip greens for a side. So-o-o good.
