- 6 SQUARES ( 1 OUNCE EACH ) SEMI sweet chocolate shopping list
- 1/4 CUP GRANUATED sugar shopping list
- 1/2 CUP ( 1 STICK ) butter shopping list
- 2 LARGE eggs shopping list
- 1 TABLESPOON vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 1/4 CUPS all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3 TABLESPOONS unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 TEASPOON salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 CUPS 'M & M'S chocolate BAKING BITS, DIVIDED shopping list

- 1/2 CUP ( 1 STICK ) butter shopping list
- 1/3 CUP FIRMLY PACKED light brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 CUP light corn syrup shopping list
- 1 CUP SWEETENED shredded coconut... toastED shopping list
- 3/4 CUPS CHOPPED pecans shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F. LIGHTLY GREASE 8X8X2 INCH BAKING PAN;SET ASIDE.
- IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN COMBINE CHOCOLATE PIECES, SUGAR AND BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT;STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL CHOCOLATE IS MELTED.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT;LET COOL SLIGHTLY.
- IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT EGGS, OIL AND VANILLA; STIR IN CHOCOLATE MIXTURE UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
- IN A MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE FLOUR , COCOA POWDER,BAKING POWDER AND SALT;ADD TO CHCOCLATE MIXTURE.
- STIR IN 1 CUP OF THE M&M'S BAKING BITS.
- SPRESD BATTER EVENLY IN PREPARED PAN.
- BAKE 35 TO 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED INTO CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
- COOL COMPLETELYON WIRE RACK IN PAN, PREPARE COCONUT TOPPING AND SPREAD OVER COOLED BROWNIES; SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING 1/2 CUP M& M'SBAKING BITS CUT INTO BARS
- STORE TIGHTLY IN COVERED CONTAINER
- MAKES 16 BROWNIES

- COCONUT TOPPING TO TOAST COCONUT SPREAD EVENLY ON COOKIE SHEET TOAST IN PREHEATED OVEN 350 DEGREES F. FOR ABOUT 7 TO 8 MINUTES TILL GOLDEN BROWN STIRRING OCC.
- IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, MELT BUTTER OVER MEDIUM HEAT; ADD BROWN SUGAR AND CORN SYRUP, STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL THICK AND BUBBLY.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS

Holy Cow, wish I had all the ingredients in the house to make these right now, not far, you have me craving these - they look so fudgy and moist, wow. Wish I could give you more then a 5 for these, but I did flag them as beautiful.
