Ingredients
  • 200 g fish paste
  • 50 g white fish , chopped
  • 50 g tender spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsps cornflour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 12 wrappers
  • a pinch of salt

Directions
  1. Rinse and chop the leaves . .
  2. Put in a mixing bowl along with salt , fish and paste .
  3. Add the oil and the cornflour .
  4. Mix well and divide into 12 portions .
  5. Spread the mixture in half of the wrapper and fold it .
  6. Seal it with some water .
  7. Shallow fry both sides until golden brown .
  8. Spread on kitchen paper .
