How to make it

  • Rinse and chop the leaves . .
  • Put in a mixing bowl along with salt , fish and paste .
  • Add the oil and the cornflour .
  • Mix well and divide into 12 portions .
  • Spread the mixture in half of the wrapper and fold it .
  • Seal it with some water .
  • Shallow fry both sides until golden brown .
  • Spread on kitchen paper .
