How to make it
- Rinse and chop the leaves . .
- Put in a mixing bowl along with salt , fish and paste .
- Add the oil and the cornflour .
- Mix well and divide into 12 portions .
- Spread the mixture in half of the wrapper and fold it .
- Seal it with some water .
- Shallow fry both sides until golden brown .
- Spread on kitchen paper .
