How to make it

  • Beat the eggs and sugar until thick .
  • Add the flour , salt , milk , essence . Beat .
  • Pre heat a steamer and arrange 10 moulds .
  • Divide the coconut amonthe cups . Press it to the bottom .
  • Now , pour the batter in all the moulds .
  • Steam for 10 minutes .
  • Serve warm .
