Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz. pkg. of broccoli thawed
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons of flour
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese cubed
- 1 cup crushed ritz crackers
Directions
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees
- Put broccoli in about 1 inch of water boil till tender but firm about 4-6 min.drain.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.Stir in salt, flour and milk , Stir constantly until thick and bubbly . Stir in cream cheese until melted. Remove from heat, stir in broccoli.
- sprinkle 1/2 cup crushed crackers over bottom of casserole dish. Pour broccoli mix over crackers and top with rest of crackers.
- Bake 30 min

I make a similar dish using these same ingre., but I also add rice, chicken or ground beef. You have a whole meal in one dish! I love anything made with broccoli! HAVE A GREAT DAY!
