Reuben Casserole

- 1 16oz can or package of corned beef shopping list
- 1 16oz can/jar sauerkraut shopping list
- 3/4 cup Bisquik or biscuit mix (OR 1/2 cup Bisquik mixed with 1/4 cup rye flour and 1/4 tsp baking powder for the rye bread flavor of a Reuben sandwich) shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonaisse shopping list
- 6 slices swiss cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Spread sauerkraut in a 9x13 inch baking dish
- Top sauerkraut with corned beef
- Mix together the Bisquik (or Bisquik and rye flour+baking powder), eggs, milk and mayonaisse and pour over the corned beef and sauerkraut
- Top with Swiss cheese
- Bake for 30-35 minutes
- Serve with Russian or Thousand Island dressing
