How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Spread sauerkraut in a 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Top sauerkraut with corned beef
  • Mix together the Bisquik (or Bisquik and rye flour+baking powder), eggs, milk and mayonaisse and pour over the corned beef and sauerkraut
  • Top with Swiss cheese
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes
  • Serve with Russian or Thousand Island dressing
