Roti Or Chapati And Alteration

                    - 12 heapful tbsp of wheat flour shopping list
 - water and salt. shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Mix everything . Add some water bit by bit until it rolls into a ball and become a non sticky dough . May add some drops of olive oil too .
 - Make 8 lemon sized balls with the dough .
 - Roll out into discs of 12 cm in diameter.
 - Heat a flat nonstick pan .
 - When it is hot , put one roti on top and brown on both sides .
 - or hold a roti for about half a second directly into an open flame or grill and it will puff up with steam like a balloon .
 - Brush some ghee on top .
 - Serve it anyway you like or just eat it on it's own .
