How to make it

  • Mix everything . Add some water bit by bit until it rolls into a ball and become a non sticky dough . May add some drops of olive oil too .
  • Make 8 lemon sized balls with the dough .
  • Roll out into discs of 12 cm in diameter.
  • Heat a flat nonstick pan .
  • When it is hot , put one roti on top and brown on both sides .
  • or hold a roti for about half a second directly into an open flame or grill and it will puff up with steam like a balloon .
  • Brush some ghee on top .
  • Serve it anyway you like or just eat it on it's own .
