Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- or 1 cup of either chocolate chips or peanut butter chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine all ingredients into medium bowl.
- Place teaspoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Thanks for sharing this great simple yummy recipe - bonus: no wheat! I make a very similar cookie with about 1/4 c sucanat and 2 Tbsp honey instead of the 1c of brown sugar.
