  • 1 pound Can Crab Claws
  • 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce thinly sliced
  • one 2 inch piece of Dokon Radish rough chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion minced extra fine
  • A squeeze of half a lemon
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • Just enough Mayonnaise to hold the mix together, about 3 tablespoons

Directions
  1. Carefully pick through the crab claws and remove any shells discard shells and add the crabmeat to a small bowl
  2. add the rest of the ingredients
  3. fold together with a spoon and taste for seasoning , most of all to see if it will hold together.
  4. Serve any way your imagination takes you, all by it self ... endless possibilities here
  5. I made a sandwich.
