- 2/3 CUP BOTTLED OF YOUR FAVORITE BBQ SAUCE ME I THINK THE BEST IS HEAD COUNTRY BBQ FOUND IN PONCA CITY OKLAHOMA YOU CAN ORDER IT ON LINE IT IS THE BEST IVE TASTED........................................................................ shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON lemon juice OR VINEGAR shopping list
- 4 HOAGIE buns, SPLIT AND toastED shopping list
- 4 SLICES jalapeno pepper JACK cheese, OR ANOTHER IF YOU DONT LIKE THIS ONE..............QUARTERED shopping list
- ******* OPTIONAL -YOU CAN ALSO TENDERIZED THE beef SOME BEFORE COOKING shopping list
How to make it
- TRIM ANY SEPARABLE FAT FROM BEEF, CUT INTO BITE SIZE STRIPS OR CHUNKS
- IN A LARGE SKILLET COOK ONION IN HOT OIL OVER MEDIUM -HIGH HEAT ABOUT 3 MINUTES UNTIL ONIONS ARE TENDER
- ADD BEEF STRIPS OR CHUNKS.
- COOK AND STIR FOR 4- 5 MINUTES TO DESIRED DONENESS, AND IS TENDER.
- STIR IN BBQ SAUCE AND LEMON JUICE OR VINEGAR,
- COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL HEATED THROUGH, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
- SPPON BEEF MIXTURE OONTO THE HOAGIE BUN BOTTOMS.
- TOP WITH THE CHEESE AND PUT THE TOP OF HOAGIE ON AND SERVE .
- MAKES 4 SERVINGS
