  • IN A LARGE SKILLET COOK ONION IN HOT OIL OVER MEDIUM -HIGH HEAT ABOUT 3 MINUTES UNTIL ONIONS ARE TENDER
  • ADD BEEF STRIPS OR CHUNKS.
  • COOK AND STIR FOR 4- 5 MINUTES TO DESIRED DONENESS, AND IS TENDER.
  • STIR IN BBQ SAUCE AND LEMON JUICE OR VINEGAR,
  • COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL HEATED THROUGH, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
  • SPPON BEEF MIXTURE OONTO THE HOAGIE BUN BOTTOMS.
  • TOP WITH THE CHEESE AND PUT THE TOP OF HOAGIE ON AND SERVE .
  • MAKES 4 SERVINGS
