Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs.......beaten

1cup sugar

1tablespoon flour

1 quart milk 3 squares unsweetened chocolate(melted)

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 pinch salt

1 quart cream

Directions

cream to gether beaten eggs,suagr and flour.

Scald milk ans mix a little with chocolate,making a smooth paste.

Add the balance of the milk,and pour over the egg mixture.

cook in a double boiler,stirring until a custard.

add 1 1/2 cups of sugar to custard and cool

then add vanilla,salt and quart of cream

put in the freezer and freeze

Note:

If you freeze fresh fruit,may i suggest that you defrost them about halfway when ready to serve.If you defrost them completely,the become soft and flabby and lose some of their flavor.
