Ingredients

How to make it

  • cream to gether beaten eggs,suagr and flour.
  • Scald milk ans mix a little with chocolate,making a smooth paste.
  • Add the balance of the milk,and pour over the egg mixture.
  • cook in a double boiler,stirring until a custard.
  • add 1 1/2 cups of sugar to custard and cool
  • then add vanilla,salt and quart of cream
  • put in the freezer and freeze
  • Note:
  • If you freeze fresh fruit,may i suggest that you defrost them about halfway when ready to serve.If you defrost them completely,the become soft and flabby and lose some of their flavor.

    I have been asking for any ice cream recipes without the use of an ice cream machine. Thanks for this one. It sounds good.
