Vivians Chicken Lasagna

- 1/2 Cup finely chopped onions shopping list
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped green pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1 can Creamy mushroom chicken Soup shopping list
- 2 1/2 Cups Cooked cubed chicken (or shredded) shopping list
- 8 Oz cream cheese (Viv says add more!) Cubed at room temp~ shopping list
- 12 oz Shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 8 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 16 Oz small curd cottage cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesean cheese shopping list
- 8 oz package lasagna noodles, cooked. shopping list
- 2/3 Cup milk shopping list
- Chopped parsley for garnish. shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350.
- Boil lasagna noodles per box directions.
- In a large skillet, saute' onion and green pepper with the butter until tender. Mix soup and milk, Add to skillet and stir for a few minutes. (This is your sauce)
- Spray 9 X 13 glass pan with Pam.
- Spread enough sauce to lightly cover bottom.
- Layer 1/3 of the noodles, cottage cheese, cream cheese ,chicken and cheese.
- Repeat layers. (you will have three)
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
- Top with extra grated Parmasean and Parsley.
